For RMA, please be so kind to send us an email at service@best-ram.com and request a RMA form.
Upon reciept of our RMA form, kindly fill in the appropriate details and send back for our evaluation.
Once it is confirmed that the product belongs to us and is still under warranty period, we shall confirm a RMA No, using this no you can send us the Faulty material for repair or replacement.
All incoming RMA shipments must be freight prepaid, failure to comply with this will result in the goods being sent back and storage and administration charges @ 5.00 USD / PC per day shall be charged to the sender.
All documents accomplanying this shipment should bear the RMA No provided by us for this case.
We shall do our best to return the repaired / replaced goods within 7 to 10 working days.
The returned goods shall be sent back freight prepaid to the customer.
